It is a non-phosphate, non-butyl foaming alkaline cleaner designed for restaurants, supermarkets, delis, bakeries, butcher shops and many other food preparation facilities. Its powerful cleaning action rapidly removes dirt, grease, and grime from a wide viriety of surfaces such as chrome, stainless steel, floors, walls, hoods, ovens, grills, machinery, terrazzo, glass, etc. Zep ProVisions High Foaming Equipment Cleaner is environmentally preferable (it is a Zep GreenLink product), and all detergents used in its manufacture are biodegradable.
